How long does it take to connect a tool?
WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram are available today; setup time depends on the channel and its platform configuration. Integrations marked Coming soon cannot be connected yet.
Do I need a developer?
The three available messaging integrations use guided setup. Integrations marked Coming soon are not yet available, so do not plan production workflows around them yet.
What if the tool we use isn't listed?
Tell us what you need and we'll consider it for the roadmap. Only integrations marked Available can be connected today.
What's the difference between a native integration and Zapier?
Native integrations connect directly to Emplorium. Zapier is on our roadmap and is intended to trigger actions between apps, but it is not currently available.
How does connecting a tool make Aura better?
Available messaging channels let Aura and your team answer customers from the same inbox. Upcoming knowledge and customer-data integrations are intended to add more context to Aura's answers.
Is my data safe when I connect a tool?
Emplorium encrypts data in transit and at rest, requests only the access each integration needs, and lets you disconnect any tool at any time.
